This is a Coach facilitated discussion where you can harness the power of peer support and wisdom to get you moving forward. Together, as a small group, we will listen to your challenge, pose questions to get you thinking deeper, and give some advice and perspective if you’d like it. 

This sessionl be restricted to a small group (max 5) so that attention can be given to every attendee. 

About the Facilitator:

Karen Fugle, an Executive Coach and LEGO Serious Play facilitator, focuses on helping Architects, Designers, construction professionals and their organisations increase personal and business success. Through Executive Coaching and workshops, Karen covers areas such as: leadership skills, engaging employees, time/overwhelm management, communication flexibility and influence, strategic planning, behavioural change, outplacement, and career transition. Karen is a committee member of the Women in Architecture network and lead host to the WIA Lean-in series.
