WIA Mentoring Programme
The annual Women in Architecture (WIA) mentoring program spans a six-month duration, catering to women in architecture at all professional levels. The program has witnessed significant growth, with the number of matched pairs increasing from 20 in its inaugural year to over 170 in 2024.
The program kicks off with an application period in October, followed by the matching of mentors and mentees in November. The main phase of the program runs from January to June, during which participants engage in a series of monthly online workshops, panel events, and discussions aimed at providing support and guidance. The program culminates in an in-person celebration and closure event in June, fostering a sense of accomplishment and community among the participants. This structured timeline ensures a comprehensive and enriching experience for all involved in the WIA mentoring program.

We’re thrilled by the incredible response to the 2025 Mentoring Programme - thank you to everyone who applied! With an unprecedented 500+ applications to review and match, please note that we won’t be sending individual application confirmations.
Mentee applications for the 2025 program are now closed. You’ll hear from us in December regarding your 1:1 match or group coaching offer.
Due to the much higher number of mentees than mentors, latecomer MENTOR applications are accepted - please apply on the latecomer form HERE.
