WIA Mentoring Programme
The Women in Architecture (WIA) mentoring programme has grown into a vibrant community, supporting women at all stages of their architectural careers. What started with just 20 mentoring pairs has now expanded to over 220 pairings and over 500 participants in 2025—a testament to its impact and demand.
Each year, the journey begins in October with applications, followed by careful mentor-mentee matching in November. From January to June, participants connect through monthly online workshops, panel discussions, and events designed to provide guidance, encouragement, and shared learning. The programme wraps up with an in-person celebration in June, bringing everyone together to reflect on their growth and the connections they've built.
