During the month of June, check out the London Festival of Architecture which has lots of free events and activities.
Check out events and activities as part of the Open City Programme which is all year around: https://open-city.org.uk/. This includes events, building visits and more. The September Open House Festival is always a highlight, with free access to many public and private buildings. Architects Benevolent Society (ABS):
ABS can offer mental health support for those experiencing anxiety and anxiety based depression. You can contact the welfare team directly (Tel: 020 3918 8588 / Email: Help@absnet.org.uk ) for support such as Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
