Join us for an inspiring session with Yemí Aládérun—architect, activist, and advocate for equity in the built environment.
An architect, activist, and changemaker, Yẹmí brings purpose and clarity to every project she touches. From leading regeneration at Meridian Water to shaping national conversations around housing, equity, and inclusion, she leads with heart, conviction, and collaboration.
As co-founder of the Paradigm Network—a collective championing Black and Asian representation in the built environment—Yẹmí actively works to create space for underrepresented voices in architecture and development. Her advocacy extends beyond design, focusing on mentorship, social mobility, and systemic change.
Recently featured in 100 Women: Architects in Practice, Yẹmí is recognised for championing community-led design and systemic change in the built environment.
This session is an invitation to hear from someone who leads by example –always grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to sustainable, affordable, and joyful places to live. Whether you’re at the start of your career or navigating new directions, Yẹmí’s reflections on leadership, responsibility, and impact will offer encouragement, insight, and inspiration.
Hosted by Mentoring Lead, Tania Ihlenfeld, join us for a conversation filled with insight, honesty, and reimagined leadership.
