WIA Lean-in: Rituals. With Anne Cosentino

Ritual

noun

A series of actions or type of behaviour regularly and invariably followed by someone.

Rituals give us a way to connect to family, the past and present. Rituals tie us to our ancestors and to our heritage. Their creation and performance helps us to understand where we came from. As a bridge between past and future, they enable us to access, honour and strengthen our own identity.

Join Anne Cosentino in discussing rituals in these unprecedented times of Corona.

In this session we will discuss the purpose of rituals, are they important/relevant? Do rituals help us/are they good for our health? Can rituals help us make sense of the world around us?

We will be collectively sharing examples of rituals and the difference that a ritual has made in our lives. This discussion will form part of our #WIAremember Corona series and will be recorded so that quotes/stories can be collected.
