Connecting Women in Architecture

WIA would like to invite you to an informal social to connect with other women in architecture. A few WIA members have kickstarted this initiative. They hope it becomes a regular casual meetup in a familiar location, where women in the industry can connect with others without expectations or big admin.

Date/Time: Thursday 11th May, 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Location: Royal Festival Hall, Riverside Terrace, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Rd, London SE1 8XX

Who:

Women across the built environment and likeminded friends

What:

Provide a casual regular meet up for Women and Architecture and their connections.

Why:

To create a welcoming space for connecting Women In Architecture and others across the industry in a less formal environment. (No membership or entrance fee required!)

When:

Third Thursday of the month 6-8pm

No need to book - simply turn up. People can bring a connection or friend, so there are no hard or fast rules but a more women-centric space. The venue is fully accessible and where toilets and refreshments are available.
