The aims of this survey are to:

Understand the demographics of our community
Uncover common challenges and the impact of Covid-19 on women in the profession
Identify those in need of specific support, and help get them that support
Find out what women in the profession want to take into the future
Promote equity and look for collective solutions to address the inequity in the profession
Create better informed content for our communication channels and future events
