We had a fantastic time talking to the brilliant mentors for the WIA Mentoring Program a couple of weeks ago. We loved to learn that they are all deeply keen to give back and provide the support they once needed themselves as young professionals. We were also delighted to learn that this experience is developing their leadership skills.
